Returns and Refund Policy

Flowers—Due to material longevity, modifications, including date changes, requested within 24 hours of scheduled delivery will effect a fee equivalent to 30% of the material total. Orders canceled within this window will not be eligible for a refund, or for store credit.

Goods—30-day return policy of undamaged, unopened goods for a full refund. No pre-paid return labels provided.
